Open Fitness Floor
The free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, turf and boxing area are open, but COVID-19 guidelines enforced.
Indoor Group Fitness Classes
We have begun indoor group fitness classes in a limited capacity. These classes have eight or less participants and are socially distanced, with masks required at all times. Equipment used in these classes isn't shared between participants and is disinfected between sessions.
We offer a variety of outdoor classes including our Be Well Bootcamp that occurs Monday-Thursday at 5:30am. Any equipment used during these classes is not shared between participants and is disinfected between sessions. Physical distancing is enforced during bootcamp and requires that members bring their own towel/mat and bottled water. Members can register for bootcamp one day prior to each class.
Virtual Classes (with in-person options)
We offer virtual classes available to members through our Mindbody membership system. Members must register for the class to receive the live stream link via email. There are limited in-person spots for these classes. If you have technical issues with a virtual class, please contact Katie Roder at email@example.com.
On-Demand Video Workout Library
We have launched an on-demand video library of your favorite classes, so that members can workout anywhere, anytime! We will conitnue to grow this offering in the coming months!
Personal Training has resumed, but members must communicate directly with their trainers to schedule training. If you have questions about Personal Training or wish to be matched with a trainer, please reach out to Josh Guffey at firstname.lastname@example.org.
